Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ Courses
- Are you accredited by the British Council?
TLSI is not accredited by the British Council but is accepted by the Home Office as a genuine school. If you are interested in studying at a British Council school you may wish to contact our Sister College London Meridian College: http://www.meridiancollege.co.uk/. - Is TLSI recognised by the Home Office?
As of the 1st of January 2005 the Home Office has introduced a list of accepted colleges. This can be found on the Department for Further Education and Skills website www.dfes.gov.uk/providersregister (please make sure you enter our full name The London Skills Institute in the search engine). Only students that study at a school featured on the providers register will be issued with student's visa provided they satisfy all the immigration requirements to come and study in the UK. - Can I change my starting date and should I pay for it?
