  • How many days does it take for you to receive the payment via international bank transfer?
International bank transfers can take up to 10 working days to reach us depending on the country of origin.

  • How can I pay for the course?
You can pay by cheque, credit card, cash or by bank transfer.

  • How do I send the money to your bank account?
By international bank transfer. On your invoice you will see all our bank details required to do a transfer.

  • How long does it take for you to confirm that you have received the payment?
As soon as the payment arrives we issue the documents. This is usually between 3 and 10 days.

  • Is the administrative fee included in the price?
We do not have an additional booking fee.

  • Does the bank charge any fee? If yes, does the final amount on the invoice include it?
Students are responsible for ALL bank charges.

  • Why is there a difference in the price for the two different locations?
Our branch in Oxford Street is more popular and therefore the demand is higher. It is also more centrally located which is why it is more expensive.

  • Do you charge for changing the time or location of my class? And if yes, how much?
If you change to a more expensive course you will be expected to pay the difference between the two courses plus administration fees.

  • Do the prices differ according to the time or location of the classes?
Prices are different for different times. If you choose to study at a less popular time you may receive special offers.

  • Can I receive the invoice in a different currency?
Yes this is possible.

  • Can I start the course and pay later?
You have to pay for the full fees before being able to start. You can have 1 free trial lesson before starting any course.

  • Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Yes we do!

  • Can you offer discount for group of students?
If you book courses together then we may consider a group discount.

  • If I decide to finish my classes before the end of the course, do I get a refund?
Once your course has started the fees are non-refundable. If you have received a visa in order to study your course you can’t cancel your course. However we may in special circumstances offer you to freeze your course or transfer it to somebody else.

  • What papers do I need to submit in case my visa is refused and I need to get a refund?
You need to submit the following:

  1. The refusal letter
  2. A copy of the first page of your passport and the page with the refusal stamp. Copies must be certified.
  3. All original school letters
  4. Receipt
  5. Bank details, if you wish someone else to collect your refund then your written authorisation
