STUDENT WELFARE OFFICER We understand that arriving in a new country without your friends and family to give you support can be a difficult experience. TLSI Welfare Officer is available if you have any questions or problems about anything during your stay in the school. STUDENT CARD All students receive a new student card on arrival at the school. You can use it as an ID during your stay in London. Your student card can also be used to receive student discounts in and around London.

Some students might find it difficult to speak and understand English when they arrived to UK first time. To those students, we will arrange one of our candidate students to help them upon arrival and new students should request this service by sending email to

TRAVEL CARD Students who enrol for 14 weeks or more can apply for a student travel card at the reception. You can get a discount on your travel around London with this card.
